The name Yours Sincerely comes from when I was having counselling, In 2022.
I had a lot of unanswered questions and things that have happened, that I’ve never got to the bottom of.
I had always put off getting help but when my son was born I wanted to be the best version of my self to be able to be the best version of me, for him and my now wife. Since this journey began I am blessed enough to now have a daughter too.
I researched local private counsellors and looked for the one with the relevant qualifications for what I was seeking.
The name comes from some work I had to do, I had to write a letter to my younger self and to my future self. Pep talks giving both people advice, on how to overcome things and think of the positives. This was either to think of the good times of which you remember as a younger self, but also to picture the good times you want as the future self. The more I focused on my future self, the more addicted to the dream I became. It become an obsession. Still is.

Yours Sincerely.
It wasn’t until I read these back I realised how powerful those words are.
Yours Sincerely is used when you’re writing to a person that you know.
Yours Sincerely defined is - Proceeding with genuine feelings or beliefs. Something as a brand I strongly agree with.
Refusing to be average- This is the mindset, if you can dream it, you can do it.
